【Japan Earthquake Charity Healing＆Counselling Session】
第二回東日本大震災チャリティーヒーリング＆カウンセリング
Ｄａｔｅ：8月18日、9月3日・15日・28日
10月15日・30日、11月12日・20日・26日、12月7日
Place:CLCR（Covent Garden）
One month has already past and gone by since the Massive earthquake struck
East Japan.
The information relative to Japan earthquake and nuclear plant is becoming less obtainable,
and it is true that people in UK alternates between hope and despair.
Those who feel a sense of panic, or became sleepless
Those who became lost their way in dealing with fear
Or those who has experienced earthquake/after quake/Tsunami and came to UK
We presume that there are many whose families/relatives has experienced the traumatic earthquake
And because of this, we are going to conduct 3 months of sessions together
with active professional healers/therapists
so that we can help those people feeling at ease, and making it easier
to breath.

For those who are mentally feeling rough, or have no knowledge of therapeutic
methods,
please feel free to use this opportunity to sort out your own feelings
and minds.
It is also fine if you do not receive any therapies,
but instead meeting with therapists at the waiting room engaging in small
talk.
Because of this earthquake,
it is recommended to receive therapeutic treatments for those who became
interested in therapies.
Normally each session costs between £40〜£70
however we obtained the consensus/approval of all healers/therapists in
order to provide
20 min/£15 45 min/£28 per session (preparation time/travelling time excluded.)
We have many varieties of therapies, and protect the confidentiality of personal information.

Although it is important to collect charity,
we are hoping to improve situations together with people
by focusing on the each individual needs/support for coming 3 months.
We will donate all the money given to us through this session to British
Red cross
and those NGO groups who are actively working on the mental health of suffers
as the relief donation.
(Subtracting all the overhead costs.)

Reservation, and Information
＊We have prepared 4 session rooms, however it is strongly recommended to
make reservation before hand due to overcrowded appointments.

＊Normally counseling involves several sessions, however we will try to
accept many bookings as possible. ( One room is going to divided into 3,
this means you may here the other conversation at moderation. )
＊It is not obligatory to receive therapies, and it is fine to have a small
talk at the waiting room.
＊The tea will be served after the sessions on the first floor for your relaxation.

タマラ交流会(15時〜18時）
タマラのアドバンスプラクティショナーが、タマラのエネルギーを使った交流会を行います。
この趣旨は、自分で自分をヒーリングする方法を学ぶということです。
自分で行うセルフケアー方法に、レイキという手当療法がありますが、それに似た手当療法に触れて感じてみて下さい。

チャリティー・レイキ交流会(1時半〜5時）
この趣旨は、自分で自分をヒーリングする方法を学ぶということです。
自分で行うセルフケアー方法に、レイキという手当療法があります。一度触れて感じてみて下さい。
イギリスの病院でもレイキというヒーリング方法で、ホスピス等で使われています。
誰もが簡単にできますし、ストレスや病気の方がいれば、自分の手を使ってヒーリングを行ってみて下さい。
習ったことがない方、初めての方歓迎です。

レイキ交流会へ参加する特典は以下のような感じです。 |

・初心者の方、大歓迎。手当ての仕方などをお教えします。
・誰でも簡単にできるヒーリングです。体験してレイキの心地よさを感じてみてください。
・伝統レイキ・西洋レイキの実践者との交流。
人を癒そうと思う心に差別や区別など必要ありません。
・呼吸法や瞑想について知識を深めていく。気の流れはある種呼吸とも密接に関係しています。
・宗教とは一切関係ありません。

レイキを既に学ばれた方は、レイキの実践、使ってこそのヒーリング方法ですので、「響」と呼ばれるエネルギーの滞り、そういった人のエネルギーを感じて、
自身のヒーリング能力を高めて下さればと思っています。霊授を受けることも、自身のヒーリングを高める要素です。
13時00分〜 誘導瞑想
まずは浄心呼吸法（初めての人はご説明します）から瞑想。もしくは、ご自身のやりやすい瞑想方法をご持参して頂いても結構です。または月のテーマに沿って、誘導瞑想を行うこともあります。
13時30分〜 レイキ回し
13時50分〜 霊授
参加された方全員一人ずつに霊授（アチューメント）をさせて頂きます。
レイキを習わなくても霊授を受けて頂くと自然と光に繋がっていきます
14時00分〜 レイキの手当ての実践 （一人10〜15分ずつ）
ベットに寝て頂いて、参加者全員の手によるレイキの手当てを体感して頂きます。初めての方は、レイキヒーリングがどんなものか是非感じてみて下さい。レイキは使ってこそのセラピーです。コースで習ったがその後、人に手当をしていない方や、実際にどうして行けばいいか分からない方、とにかく「手を当て
る」だけで何も頭を使わなくても ヒーリングができることを感じてみてください。

15時00分〜 意見交換
残り時間は月々のテーマに沿って勉強会を行っています。臼井先生が残された御製のご紹介、自分の人生を楽しくさせるためのお話をご紹介したりします。 |
